Coogan Auctioneers

Coogan Auctioneers approached me in November 2016. They were looking for a web designer in Kilkenny. As I had previous experience in helping estate agents online and did not work with an estate agent in Kilkenny yet I was an ideal fit to represent the business. 

Before starting the project, we set out a goal of getting the site to page one of Google. 

The deadline for the project was tight and needed to be launched before the end of the year. 

We built the site WordPress using best practice to ensure that we would get a good ranking. The site launched the week before Christmas 2016. 

After 3 months we had reached our goal of getting onto page one of Google for the keywords “Auctioneer Kilkenny”. 

It didn’t stop there, the site continued to climb the search engines until it got the top position. It has now sat at number one for over 18 months.
